Te Mata Syrah Estate Vineyards

Syrah med en lille smule Viognier. Mørk blodrød farve med en kompleks aroma, der bl.a. byder på nuancer af hindbær, rød blomme og boysenbær samt noter af lavendel, kanel og krydderier. Smagen er koncentreret med nuancer af søde røde bær og slutter med velintegreret, bløde tanniner. Et rigtig godt valg til alle former for rødt kød, let krydret retter fra middelhavskøkkenet samt bløde oste.
